This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in connection with your access to and use of the Everything.co website, trading platform, Telegram Mini App, APIs, token sale platform, rewards programs, and all related products and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
The Platform is operated by E for Everything Limited, a company incorporated in British Virgin Islands (“Everything”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Scope and Our Role
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data we process about visitors to the Platform, account or wallet holders, participants in our rewards, referral, and token-related programs, and other individuals who interact with us.
It does not apply to third-party services, wallets, blockchains, exchanges, or websites that we do not control, even where they are accessible through or linked from the Platform. Their handling of your data is governed by their own policies.
The Telegram Mini App is an independent third-party application and is not maintained, endorsed, or affiliated with Telegram. Telegram makes certain limited information about you available to us when you access the Telegram Mini App, as described in the Telegram Privacy Policy and the Telegram Mini App and Bot Terms. Your use of Telegram itself is governed by Telegram’s own policies, which we do not control.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide to us:
Contact and communications data — such as your email address, Telegram username or ID, and the content of messages or support requests you send to us.
Program data — information you submit when participating in rewards, points, referrals, competitions, quests, or token-related activities.
Information collected automatically:
Wallet and transaction data — wallet addresses you connect, on-chain transaction data, trading activity, balances, and related identifiers.
Device and usage data — IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, operating system, language settings, referring pages, and interactions with the Platform.
Cookies and similar technologies — identifiers stored on your device, as described in Section 7.
We do not currently carry out identity verification (KYC) and do not deliberately collect government identification documents. If we introduce KYC or similar procedures in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide additional notices.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal data to:
Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features;
Process and record activity, including trading, rewards, referrals, and token-related activities;
Communicate with you, respond to enquiries, and provide support;
Send you updates, newsletters, and marketing or promotional communications about the Platform, including in relation to campaigns, rewards, and token-related activities, where permitted by applicable law;
Administer programs and determine eligibility, allocations, and outcomes;
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, Sybil activity, multi-accounting, bot activity, wash trading, market manipulation, and other prohibited conduct;
Screen against applicable sanctions and prohibited-persons lists and enforce access restrictions, including verifying that you are not a Restricted Person as defined in our Terms of Service;
Maintain the security, integrity, and availability of the Platform;
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests; and
Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the relevant message or by contacting us using the details in Section 14. You may continue to receive non-promotional service messages necessary for the operation of the Platform.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following: the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Platform and preventing abuse; compliance with legal obligations; and, where required, your consent. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Blockchain Transparency
The Platform interacts with public blockchains. Transactions and wallet addresses recorded on a blockchain are public, transparent, and, by the nature of the technology, generally permanent and outside our control. We cannot change, delete, or anonymise information that has been written to a blockchain. You should consider this before transacting.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
Service providers — vendors that provide hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, customer support, and security services on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Affiliates — members of our corporate group, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Legal and regulatory recipients — courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other authorities where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, a lawful request, or to protect our rights, users, or the integrity of the Platform.
Business transfers — counterparties in connection with any merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of assets.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, measure usage, and improve performance. You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Platform functions.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Platform, to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it. Information recorded on a blockchain cannot be deleted by us, as described in Section 5.
9. Security
We maintain technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, credentials, and devices, as set out in our Terms of Service.
10. International Transfers
We operate internationally, and your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions other than your own, including jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, we put in place appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and, depending on your jurisdiction, to request erasure, restriction, or portability, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we may decline requests where permitted by law.
If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
12. Children
The Platform is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age or the legal age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
